Check-In: Welcome to the Truth Behind the Lobby
You’ve arrived.
This is where the curtains are pulled back and the story begins.
What they polished in gold, I bled through in silence.
Now, I speak. And you’re invited to witness what they tried to bury.
Room 101

The Setup
I worked with Joshua Fernandes at Toronto Marriott Markham. We entered a personal relationship in 2021.
Over time, I supported him financially, loaning over $15,000 through e-transfers.
He promised to pay me back but he never did. I was left financially drained, emotionally exhausted, and isolated.
He used affection as currency, power as a weapon, and silence as protection.
And still, I rose.
Room 202
The Legal Reckoning
I filed a lawsuit for $25,663.98 in unpaid debt and emotional distress. Instead of returning what he owes, Joshua filed his defense in Small Claims Court claiming he repaid me $10,000.
He didn’t. I have bank records, text messages, and a Letter of Demand to prove it.
I also filed a criminal report with Toronto Police alleging fraud, uttering a false document, and obstruction of justice.

Room 303

The Silence of Power
Marriott knew. They chose to protect him. Promote him. Celebrate him. Relocate him.
Marriott responded to me by sending a lawyer to silence me and then disappeared.
No apology. No investigation. Just the quiet hum of brand protection over human protection.

But silence doesn’t erase truth. It just delays its arrival.
Room 404
The Velvet Grave of Their Lies
What they buried is now documented. Public. And rising. This is where the silence ends.

There is now:
-
A civil case in court
-
A criminal investigation
-
A growing body of evidence
-
And a record of Marriott’s failure to act

They tried to bury the truth.
But I kept the receipts.
And now every room tells a story they can’t erase.
